Tonicha Ward

Tonicha is the Marketing Manager at Guernsey Finance, a government-funded agency dedicated to promoting Guernsey as an international finance centre. With over six years of experience leading the marketing department, she has successfully developed and executed a diverse range of global digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and the organisation's website. In her role, Tonicha drives Guernsey Finance’s marketing strategy and leads a high-performing digital marketing team. 

Tonicha is a Chartered Marketer with a strong academic foundation. She holds a Level 6 Diploma in Professional Digital Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (2023) and a Level 5 Diploma from the Institute of Digital Marketing (2019). Currently, she is pursuing a Level 6 Specialist Award in AI Marketing, which she expects to complete in January 2025. Additionally, she has earned a Level 3 Diploma in Leadership & Management from the Chartered Management Institute (2023). Her qualifications underpin expertise in marketing strategy, digital optimisation, people management, and enhancing digital customer experiences. 

Beyond her professional role, Tonicha is passionate about supporting charities and small businesses. She has collaborated with organisations such as the Guernsey Youth Commission, Victim Support Guernsey, and Diabetes Guernsey to enhance their digital presence and build online communities. Her commitment to using her marketing expertise to support others underscores her dedication to fostering growth and connection within the local community.
