Shannon Lancaster

Shannon is a fund analyst and strategy lead within the discretionary investment team at Ravenscroft, a growing financial services business. She holds the CISI Chartered Wealth Manager qualification and is also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. Shannon also holds the CFA Certificate in ESG and the CFA Climate and Investing qualification and is currently studying towards her Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) accreditation. 

Shannon joined Ravenscroft in 2017 and is responsible for the research, monitoring and selection of the investments for the multi manager fund range. She sits on the investment and sustainability committees. 

She is also responsible for the day-to-day management of the Ravenscroft Global Solutions Fund, which is a highly thematic equity fund of funds.  

Shannon was educated in Northern Ireland at Our Lady's Grammar School and studied marketing in Manchester before moving to Guernsey to start her career in private equity. 

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys sea swimming, yoga, long walks and hiking.
