Sam Wanless

Originally from Warwickshire, Sam worked in Australia for several years before moving to Guernsey in 2022, with more than 10 years of experience in sales.  

Sam has a strong relationship building skills, along with a keen eye to spot growth opportunities and problem solving. He has held a number of business development and sales positions where he has both managed existing teams and created new teams earning himself national recognition for exceeding targets.  

Now, at Norman Piette, he manages 11 members of staff, predominantly working and developing the sales team, including internal sales advisors, sales reps, trade counter and reception staff. His main focus being customer service and communication, both internally and externally with customers whilst also identifying future opportunities for the business. 

Away from work, Sam is a keen sportsman, involved in local football, running, and occasionally found on the golf course.
