Katy Wilby

Katy has worked in data and technology related roles for the last 10 years, spending much of this time working in management positions within the financial services sector. This includes her position as Head of Business Solutions at Legal & General (UK) and her role as Head of IT & Change at Belasko (Guernsey). Through these roles she’s amassed experience leading multiple technical and operational teams within fast paced and highly regulated business environments. 

In April 2023 Katy made a career shift into management consultancy, joining CBO as a senior consultant. As part of her role with CBO, Katy is driving the build out of the organisation’s data, digital and technology service offerings. This shift has enabled her to leverage the technical knowledge and experience acquired over the past decade in diverse organisational contexts, spanning multiple sectors and organisation types. 

She’s amassed a wealth of experience in leading and delivering on a wide range of projects and strategic initiatives and holds the APM Project Management Qualification (SCQF Level 7). 

Katy has an early background in data analytics and programming and holds a First Class Bsc in Business Information Technology from Coventry University.
