Karen Power

Karen has a wealth of experience across professional services, business services and change management. She started her career as a Chartered Tax Adviser with PwC, five of those years servicing clients in the Channel Islands across banking, law firms and fiduciary businesses. 

During a long career with Specsavers Karen held many leadership roles across the finance function and more latterly had a two-year secondment in human resources. Her last role involved heading up change across the global finance function. 

In 2019, after a stint in private equity, Karen decided to go freelance and is consulting corporate clients in the change and project/ programme management space, providing business coaching to small and medium sized businesses as well as NED positions. 

Karen has a BSC Accounting from University College Cork and completed an Executed MBA with Henley Business School in 2017
