Charlotte Dunsterville

Charlotte Dunsterville is a Managing Partner at Guernsey based advisory firm UN1TY, advising organisations on strategy, people-led transformation and customer experience.  She is an experienced Director whose career has encompassed a variety of senior customer and commercial roles largely in telecoms, including both strategic development and operational responsibility for customer facing teams.  

Charlotte has worked in international businesses across the Channel Islands, UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa as well as in start-ups and partnerships. She has a background in consultancy, specialising in customer and employee experience alongside commercial expertise in retail, sales, product and marketing. 

Charlotte holds a Diploma in Management Studies.
