The AMM of the Guernsey Branch of the Institute of Directors (IoD) will take place on Wednesday 21st February at 5pm at Good Rebel.

AT GOOD REBEL, ST PETER PORT, GUERNSEY

AGENDA

  1. To approve the minutes of the Annual Members' Meeting held on 23rd June 2022.
  2. To receive and adopt the report of the Chairman.
  3. To receive the Honorary Treasurer's report and note the annual accounts for the year ended 31st December 2022.
  4. To appoint independent reviewers of the Annual Accounts.
  5. To accept the resignation of Bob Moore, Wendy Dorey, David Davies, Paul Beale, Chris Mountford, Rachel Guthrie, Jill Clark, James Ede-Golightly and Meriel Lenfestey during the course of 2022/2024.
  6. To ratify the election of Glen Tonks, Jo Huxtable, Gill Morris, Matt Polli, Mat Desforges, Charlotte Dunsterville, Katy Hodgetts and Andrew Essa to the Committee.
